My Brother's S10 4x4

Visiting my brother and he asked for my help with his S10.

When you press on the brake pedal no key in ignition, the key buzzer sounds.

When you turn on the turn signal (left one) with out the headlights on (truck running) the radion light dims and brightens in time with the blinker.

The left blinker will stay solid from time to time.

running lights will flash.

Help please, my brother thinks it is just a bad bulb, I personally think the headlamp switch but since I am not a Chevy guy, I don't know what is prone to break on these trucks.

Water is getting in some where causing the shorts, check the fuse blocks under the hood. Also check for debris such as leaves building up over the firewall at the back of the hood causing water to backup up and get to the ECM under the dash.
