'99 Sonoma 2.2 2wd Flooding?

Have a '99 2.2 4 cyl. 2wd Automatic Sonoma .
When cold and starts it smells and appears to be flooding like one that has a Carb. form the old days.
When it cleans up after idling a few moments it starts hitting on all 4 .
New Air and fuel filter, 2 different set of plugs.
One set gas fouled on my wife while starting so I had to change to get it started again.
Fuel pressure and regulator are with in specs according to book.
No codes set on Scanner. No air vacuum leaks.
120,000 miles.
Runs and starts well warm.
Any guess ? Bad injectors, TPS, MAp, Temp. sensor? wonder why any didn't set a code,
Check engine light works and turns off OK.

Needs to be put on a good engine capable scanner and all data and ALL SENSORS and tempt sensors and tps read out.
IF ANY CODES POST BACK CODE NO.

Thank you sir for your reply.
The only Scanner I have is a OBII handheld , no DTC came up , ran a live test and not any .
About a 100 miles to the nearest dealer.
Was a mechainc for about 30 years , retired a few years ago, my Snap on scanner with changeable software is out of date with this vehicle.

You are welcome.
Several sensors control fuel mix.
They need read out on a good scanner.
The snapon OBD11 should give sensor read out.
Watch the tempt sensors and map sensor and tps real close.
Make sure air and eng pcm tempture sensors are reading the correct tempt when engine is cold and hot.
Good Luck
