There is a ground strap that attached to the firewall.....It's turning green...I was wondering- should I replace it or leave it as is?

Copper turns green with tarnish.
It should be good.
But a extra ground would not hurt anything.
Always check battery cabel ends for build up on them.
Clean and lubercate if so.
More problems there than anyplace.
Good Luck

a quick check for bad grounds is to check for voltage in your coolant. With the engine cold pop the raditor cap and put your positive lead off your voltmeter in the coolant and the other end to a chassis ground with the engine running. any voltage over .03 indicates a ground problem.
