the wipers work and when I use the washer fliud setting no washer fliud comes but the washer fluid pump seems to be pumping. Its been very cold so maybe its frozen fluid. Could it be anything else?

w/w fluid should be rateed for -35c min. trash in the washer tank sucked into the pump,in turn plugs the spray tips. pull the pump discharge line and see if it will pump. if it will the spray tips are pluged. leave the line of the pump and blow back at the tips, the retry. if it frozz remove to a warm area defrost mty and refill with -40 w/w and retry. good luck.

I took it inside while getting an oil change. The guy ended up pouring warm water on the pump and eventually it started pumping. I've ran the old fluid out and have installed -40 C. Thanks so much for your advice. This is a great site.
