Peugeot 206 WRC 2002

Hello!
This is my new porject.
I painted the body with mr metal alu and TS13.
It's a very good kit, but I had some mistakes.

I can't really see any mistakes in your pictures, as you pointed out in the first post. So if there are any, they can't be big. Car looks good to me.

As for the weathering, that's a matter of taste.
It actually doesn't look too bad, although in my opinion the hood and the roof of the car could have done without the pigments. But as I said, just a matter of taste.
Maybe a tip for your next rally model (if you haven't done so already): Try to study some pictures of real rally cars and see how the dirt is build up.

But it's easy talking for me. I've never weathered a rally car...
And considering your age I think this model is very good. I wouldn't want to show one of my models I built when I was 16...

Thank yuo for helps. Unfortunately in the pics the pigment's colors are too powerfull(the flesh), but the 2nd pic is the most realistic.

Nice work mate. Just a couple of things (& they're really minor):

--next time round, make sure you go all over the body & add-ons looking for mould seams & the like - the seam on the rear wing stands out like dog's b&^#s, esp. on silver 206's
--maybe run a thin dark wash into the slots on the brake disk faces to highlight these, or as I do, find a really fine permanent ink drawing pen from a stationery store & mark the slots in. In the past I've also painted the entire disk face flat black/dk grey & then dry-brushed a suitable dk metallic over the surface to imitate the carbon/ceramic look

But otherwise, good job. Especially with those Total decals - they're a real dog to go where they should & not buckle & crease.
