I have a 2004 tahoe with the 6 cd changer, I bought it used. the battery had been replaced. for a year now everything worked fine then yesterday th cd player would not work and only showed 234 cds loaded. all 6 were loaded. now today it says no cds and wont even switch to cd to load/unload. the batery was recently unhooked for mechanical work. the radio still plays but no cd. if I just unhook th battery and let it lock the radio, then have it reset will this fix my problems?????

the radio is working your problem is the cd changer...since this is obsolete ...and this is expensive to repair and old, remove , and go with the wireless ipod set up...for 90.oo or less you can have a thousands of songs and the total cost is less than repair...

this can also be used in your home stereo as well...

you will need a computer and IPOD...
