my starter sticks on my 99 sl1

i have a 99 sl1 5 speed i just replaced the tranny in it not to long ago and now the starters sticking i took the shim out and repostioned it and tryed keeping my starter kinda loose but it still sticks and stays on teh whole time its running its a really oud whine and i dont want my starter to go out on me si i need this fixed what can i do and can you bleed a slave cylinder on 99 sl1 i dont see a bleed screw anywhere i hurd there sealed systems and you just ahve 2 buy a new one is this true ?? What is this "shim" you talk about?

Clean your battery terminals.

Use a Volt meter to make sure its your battery that is not dead.

If all checks out, remove the starter and get it checked at AA/AZ.

NO you cannot bleed the hydraulics. Yours are busted most likely bc it was not properly tied up during your tranny operation. Happens quite alot. New ones are $125 at the dealer. GET DEALER/OEM ONLY. You can also get a new set from a junkyard.
