I came across some information at a dealer recently that the warranty for Jeep Cherokees made from '96 through '99 has been extended for catalytic converters to 10 years and 120,000 miles.

If your converters rattle or you have an exhaust restriction due to bad converters, you may be eligible to utilize this extension, so check it out.

not only the cat but pcm or ecm has warranty for 10 years or 130 000, it was goverment mandaite that the warranty be extended to that.

Thanks robbie...do you know if the PCM/ECM warranty was extended to all Chrysler vehicles, or just Jeeps, or some combination?
