94 Jimmy Signal Light Issues

i have a 94 jimmy 4x4 with the 4.3 L vortec and about 230000k on it and when the head lights are on you can't see the left rear signal light and it's brighter than the other one like how it should look when you hit the brakes i was wondering if this was a wiring issue (if so where should i start) or something else like the blinker relay anyways if someone could help it would be much appreciated

Check the bulb and make sure it's installed correctly. The two tabs on the base of the bulb are at different heights. Take the bulb out and rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall it. Post your results.
