I have a '97, 88. 84,???miles, and this just happened twice yesterday, and is the first time we have experienced this. Haven't driven car today. When I was coming to a stop, as i pushed the brake pedal, I heard a low sounding pop, and the car stalled, no lights on dash. but started right away. This cleared the time on the radio, but not the present stations. The second time was almost the same I was coming up to a turn, had the turn signal on, (cause I'm a cautious driver :evillol: ) pushed the brake pedal and i heard the pop again this time I saw 3??? dash lights on the lower left side flash for a split second then but car did not stall his time. I'm pretty sure one light was for anti lock breaks, and the one to or two to the right or lower, Any ideas????

Check all your battery cables particularly and all the ground connections.

TKS, It stalled again today and I checked the batt. cables. Pos. cable had corrosion, and dull contacts. Neg. look fine. Cleaned them up, and we will see. I will check the grounds also, tks. And where would I find those grounds?

The bolt is corroded, the battery threads corroded all reduce the thread engagement is one posssibility, or the cable is positioned where it is being pulled down,
