Where can I find a cheap Catalitic Converter?

Is there anywhere to get a cat for under 60? Rock Auto and Advance Auto have universal ones for 60-70.
And for some universal ones, they say modifications required...what does that mean? Does that require cutting or welding?

I bought one from Rock Auto and had to buy a couple pipe adapters and four clamps. I already had the pipe cutter but if you have to buy one of those too, it might be a better deal to just find the best deal at a muffler shop.

Definately going to be a better deal to just find the best deal on an OEM one. It will be a little more pricey for the part but it will save you A LOT in tools and stress!
