Hi, I have a 1993 Ford E350 box van...7.3 diesel, rear abs, two wheel drive, front disc brakes, rear drum. I've changed the master cylinder, brake booster, bled all the brakes and my pedal is still soft and not stopping my truck. The truck will slow down but not stop. Brakes are not responsive. Does anyone have any ideas that might help me please.

Put the vehicle on jack stands and adjust the rear pads. I adjust them so they barely rub.
I would try this first. A lot of Fords have a vacuum pump for the diesels. Use a vacuum gage and make sure the vacuum pump is warking.
If all these are good rebleed the brakes. Sometimes you need a scanner to pulse the valves to bleed with ABS. If you don't have one ask an independent shop for a charge to do this for you or buy a scanner on ebay or
http://www.ntxtools.com/ or another tool supplier. Ask if they have it before ordering as factory delivery's take some time.
