here is the deal, I put a new ecm on my 94 T/A, the car misfires from 1000rpm until 3000 after that runs pretty good I already change spark plugs, wires, ignition coil, and I cleaned the distributor and the rotor, new fuel filter, cleaned out the injectors, has anybody had this problem before help will be really apreciated

btw the m...... f..... new ecm regulates the car at 110 mph and I remember the old one didn't

Do you know what year car the new PCM came from? And why did you have to change it in the first place?

the old one had problems with the tps, and it made the transmision get on overdrive almost every time, ie, I was crusing about 60 mph applying the trhottel just a little and the car applied overdrive by it self, and I just went to advance autoparts and ordered the pcm for a 1994 trans am with lt1 engine I belive it was p the vin code thet he asked me for

Did you verify that the TPS was not the problem all along, sure sounds like it may have a dead spot in it

yes I changed the tps and it did the same thing, when we scanned the tps reading was jumping from 64 to 90 something then I switch my ecm to my dad's car ( its also a 94 T/A) and it read the same thing on his car, i'm thinking that it could be the optispark or the cap and rotor, btw do you know what is the normal fuel pressure on this car?
