I have a 2000 taurus se with just the basic engine and it just turned over the 100k mark a few days ago...

I started to noticed that its been running a tad bit rough lately, and just have gotten worst over the past few days. I've got a buddy that has a little hand held scanner so we hooked it up and it gave us these codes.

p0136
p0155
p1131
p1151
p0171
p0174

After Searching around this site I think i might have a bad pcv hose...But is that all? and what do all the codes mean.... If someone could help that would be great!!! Thanks
