98 acting odd (electrical)

So ive got a 98 3.8 intrigue that has developed a recent quirk. Sometimes (not all the time) Ill get to my car, unlock it (with the key, lost my keyless) and there will be NO power to anything. no power door locks, no interior lights, nothing. If I open the hood and pull one of the main battery fuses (black 60amp) and put it back in, everything works fine.

Broken compy? bad ignition switch? or just the battery being problematic?

I had the same problem a while back and replaced the negative battery cable. No problems since then and it has been several years now. Could also be the ignition switch since these are known to be problematic in these cars. Hope this helps.

Doesn't sound like an ignition switch problem... It sounds like a loose cable. You're probably bumping the cable when you remove and replace that fuse, making it appear to fix it.

I'd turn the headlights on, start wiggling battery cables and see if the lights start to flicker.
