Timing chain issues

I have a 1988 delta 88 royale 3.8 liter v6 vin C and the timing chain tensioner was bad(No Rubber). The timing chain was bad as well and the timing was off bad. Everything is off and I was all the way down to the gears and chain. I need to know the procedure/steps for removal and replacement of timing gears, chain, and how to line those components up, timing adjustment(if necessary) so I can put the timing cover back on and get the car back running.:banghead:
