I need a specific diagram to locate the IAT sensor on a 1994 Chevy Silverdo truck

Welcome to AF.

The IAT sensor should be in the air cleaner housing on top of the TB or in the duct between the air cleaner and TB.

As far as a specific diagram, check your local library for service manuals for your application.
