Drain holes in front fenders

Does anyone have any advice on how to clean the drain holes at the bottom of the plastic liners in the front fenders? They are at the bottom right behind the front wheels and face straight up. My 01 lesabre is constantly getting clogged with leaves, I can't figure out how all those leaves are getting down there.

yes there vents take a piece of coat hanger if there plug see what comes out then take hose to clean them out.there should be 2 on front and 2 on back. this is for air so don't rust.

Does anyone know if the sunroof on a 2000 Lesabre has any drain lines on the front? I know of and have cleared the rear drain lines, but I am getting water into the drivers side via the door jam at the dash.

There should be drain tubes at the front corners also. BTW in the future start a new thread on new issues rather than tack onto an ongoing unrelated issue. Thanks

Where do you aim the hose to clean them out? Is there a hole somewhere on the top? I can't find anywhere on the top of the fenders to aim the water into. Can't believe how many leaves are stuck in that bottom drain hole
