when i pull off the car may tend to hesitate or studder and the LOW TRAC light comes on but will go off but sometimes the ABS, SERVICE VEHICLE SOON also come on to from time to time what could be my problem.

Get it scanned with an ABS capable scan tool.
You most likely have a wheel speed sensor going out, but realy wont know with out the scan tool.
