The title makes it sound like you're having trouble with the starter cranking over the engine. Please explain.

No spark & no injector pulse seems to point toward either the ICM (ignition control module) or the crank sensor. I'm not sure from your post if you changed the crank or cam sensor.

I'd start by checking a for power at the pink (pink/black some years) wire that goes to the ICM. It should have twelve volts with the key in the run position.

The ICM grounds through the mounting plate & bracket. Remove the ICM from the mounting bracket. Clean the corrosion from the top of the mounting bracket, both sides of the mounting plate & the bottom of the ICM. Apply a thin coat of dielectric grease to all four surfaces & reassembe.

If you have 12 volts going to the ICM & cleaning the grounding surfaces doesn't help then your back to either the ICM or crank sensor. We see a lot more bad crank sensors than ICMs so I'd change the crank sensor first.

thank-you mickey#1 , thats what it was the ICM , I put my old ICM back on
the one with the coolant grease all leaked out and cranked right-up.
You know how depressing it is for a car to play cranking games, that it blows
my mind . It is has turned out to be a complex computer game working on
car engines. Well Many Thanks To You

thanks Mickey#1, The ICM was the problem. I put the old ICM that I replaced
5 yrs ago,all the coolant jell had been cooked out of it , and the motor crank
right-up. Thank You So Very Much

Just another example of how random parts replacement is a waste of money, basic diagnostics were in order. Good work all.

Glad to hear you got it running. If goo has been leaking from the ICM/coils then I'd be checking junkyards for another replacement. Many switch from the Magnavox ICM to the DelcoII system. I sent you a private message with a link showing how to do the Delco swap.
