I have a 2001 Grand Prix with the dual climate control, it is the dual slider one. Is the 1997-2000 digital dual climate control compatible? Can I just plug the digital one in like the slider that's in it?

Nope, no way. Not worth the trouble. I dont think I have read anyone ever completing this sucessfully.
