Hey i just resent purchased a 1988 monte carlo SS, the car's in GREAT condition but the only problem is the roof, the roof's pretty hardcore f*#$ed, it's got close to an inch of bondo in some area's, the damage looks like a tree branch feel on it, or something. So instead of just cutting the roof off of another car/ and or cutting and welding sheet metal in place, i was wondering if there is any way to convert it over to a T-top??

Most aftermarket T-Top installs tend to leak,and are expensive . If you do find someone to do it ,make sure they back it up with a warranty. Good Luck with your project.
