1995 CV LX power steering gear box?

I'm confused as to which gearbox to buy. There are two options, one that says with handling package and one without. Are these interchangeable depending on what gearing I prefer? I don't see a difference in the two by the pictures I've seen. The one for the handling package is more expensive.
