Earlier today I had gone outside, changed the coolant. I was tinkering with some stuff under the hood and i noticed that the cruise control box was jsut sitting lose not bolted down at all. so as im picking up to move it, i accidentally let it touch the positive side of the batter and it sparked. so thinking nothing of it, i continued with changing the fluid. well now its night time and i go outside to drive the car. I turn it on and it sounds like its missing crazy and it dies after 5 seconds. The car has no problem starting, its just that it dies after a few seconds.

i have no idea if i maybe blew the main relay or something. who knows? Any ideas?

1. There is no Laser GST.
2. Check all your connectors near the cruise box
3. An CELs?
4. Smell your ECU. Though unlikely, a surge could pop a driver.
5. Fuses, check them.
6. Did you plug the coolant sensor back in to the bottom of the radiator?

I checked all of the fuses and plugs. I was at the junkyard today so i got another main relay.

but stilll its not making a difference. Its weird, when i start the car, it sounds like not all of the cylinders are firing.

Problem all fixed. car runs great. i replaced the three fuses that are connected to the positive end of the battery and it fired right up.

thx for all of the help
