Hello i justed installed another used transmission into my 2005 cabrio and it is shifting very hard. We changed out the trans filter and added new trans fluid and it is still shifting hard. I scanned the transmission and it came out with the numbers:
00260 - Solenoid valve 2-n89 open circuit/short with power
00268 - Solenoid Valve 6-N93 open circuit/short with ground
So anyone have any leads off of this please help!

Sounds like a wiring problem - check the connectors to the auto and the fuses that power the auto. Also verify the connectors from the old trans are the same as the new trans.
Good Luck.
