2003 Malibu stalled and won't restart

My 03 Malibu stalled on the way to work and I could not get it restarted I had to have it towed home, it acted like it was running out of gas when it stalled so the first thing I checked was to see if there was any pressure at the fuel relief valve and there was zero pressure also I could not hear the fuel pump come on when I turned the key. I first switched out the relay with one next to it that was the same but did not help. I had a remote starter installed on this car so I completely removed it thinking it may be screwing up my Passlock, after removing the remote starter and putting all wires back to there original connections it still would not start and the fuel pump was still not coming on.
The Theft System light is not flashing and even tried the 10 minute rule for resetting the Passlock but still nothing. I next removed the fuel tank and removed the fuel pump, I bench tested the fuel pump by hooking a 12 volt battery to it and the fuel pump is working, I then took the fuel pump minus the tank and hooked all the connections back up under the car, when I turned the key on the pump did not run.
I am not sure what to try next, something is keeping the fuel pump from running.
I hope someone can give me a few ideas of what is happening or what I can try next.
Thanks

I was told by a friend that my Rollover sensor may have tripped.
I was on a rough road that was being re-surfaced when the car stalled.
Can anyone tell me where to look for the Rollover Sensor in a Malibu.
Has anyone ever heard of this happening?
Thanks
Steve
