Do you know if 2003 Jeep Limited have a anti siphon filler tube to the gas tank? If not, I would have to go buy a locking gas cap since most of the gas stations in Georgia are out of gas. Would a locking gas cap set off a warning light? Thanks

As far as I know Jeeps do not have any sort of anti-siphon device, if you want to check it just run a tube down the filler neck.
Any aftermarket gas cap that's made to fit your Jeep will work fine.

Good luck with the gas situation there.

On my '96, there is a piece of plastic that sticks up just inside the tank, but someone was still able to get almost 5 gallons out last fall in the middle of the night... Locking gas cap solved that problem, and as long as the seal is good, it will pass emissions and not set off the check engine light.
