I also have a 93 JGC, it was giving to me. When I first lay eyes in on it, I swear it, chickens had been living in it. I took everything out, down to the shell and washed and vacuumed everything. It had a head gasket seal blown out, crack exhaust manifold, punctured radiator, bad cat. I didn’t go shopping, I went picking for my parts. I got the jeep running in six days, spent $230.00 to @ $250.00. Pulled my head off, took it in to be check, spec, & magnetized. Came back and torch it down myself. My power windows switches, could not even find them on the jeeps, pulled them right out of a Plymouth voyager van, Chrysler has the same electric parts for all its vehicles. I compared the Plymouth contact plates, identical!, slap them right in my JGC. They were small enough to pocket. Hey I’m not telling you what to do, but you got to find motivator. This is my second Jeep, my first baby was a 1987 Jeep Pioneer, got me through Junior College and University, very fun times. I had the same identical issue with blown head gasket. So when I saw 93 JGC, I recognized the mechanical issues, I didn’t even sweat the chicken living in the Jeep. My brother has a 2000 JGC he still owes 10G on it, he was T off, my JGC ran as strong as his, its just a later model. Anyways, Just wanted to share what I’ve been through. Hang in there. Oh! I’m not dissing, but s10 blazer suck & swallow. Peace n da middle East, laloquera :runaround: :runaround: :runaround: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
