Are you talking about the engine or body and interior??

Engine has a model number on the block itself which shares through out other Honda models and also Acura models.

As far as body panels and interior, you will have to do research for that depending on what you are looking for but most of the time it doesn't share the same fitments.

The most common parts that shares with other models are the engines, light bulbs (interior and exterior,) door latch, trunk latch, suspensions, and so on.
