The drivers side door window goes down, but will not go up all the time. When it does go up, it does not quite make it and it is necessary to assist it with hands pushing up. Window appears to "cock" at bit. What to do? Whole motor/regulator assembly? Direct me to site with instructions? Thanks in advance.

More information. Sometimes, all works fine, independent of temperature. With the glass sometimes "cocking" to one side, seems that there would be an issue with the guides. My wife says she hears a clunk occasionally. Today, everything worked like brand new.
