Buick/Gm experts...This thing is beating me up!

Check it out., A few months ago, I got tired of rough idle probs, throttle response issues, etc. and decided to R/R TPS. It wasnt throwing a code at me, but had all the ingredients ( I thought) to warrant the change. Since the change, my problems have seemed to grow. After a time with the TPS still not seeming to work or, be the problem, I decided to haul off the throttle body for a good cleaning. I must have removed 6 mls of pure soot and black crap! Of course, I removed all sensors etc. before cleaning. Put it all back together and drove it. No appreciable difference in performance. And...To top it off!...Now I have no overdrive! WTF?? I started checking all vacuum lines, electrical connections, used a thin layer of RTV on both sides of TB gasket to help insure seal there. As it stands right now, I have no final drive, varying degrees of throttle response, rough idle...Oh! and...cruise control wont activate! It went from sporadic to noradic! Im going think dude WTF could be going on??....K....Heres what I got right now. 1. ran codes, got a 21 ( TPS voltage high) I checked it with my volt meter, key on,engine off. set it at .40 vdc ( this is my original TPS...other was bad) car never ran bad with this one before. Second and final code...43 ( ESC ) curcuit? I assume that means ck. wiring for opens, shorts, etc.....Now, My fine panel of GM/Buick experts......I can see myself chasing all of you down the hallway now....you guys going....Help!!...someone stop this lunatic!!...NO Really....Does anybody have any clues?? Does this succession of events ring any bells?? Just some other details that might help...... 92 PA Ultra 3.8 supercharged. Car has about 250,000 on it. About 75,000 or 80,000 thousand on second motor. Im second owner. Was told motor was rebuilt. My experience says motor was a decent bone yard transplant, as Im seeing smoke on start up (like valve guides) maybe a little slippery rings. Ive had car two years. Ive put it through its paces but kept oil changed and stayed on top of maintenence. Transmission has always worked flawlessly. Supercharger needs front gears at least (grinding walnuts at idle) Car will still eat up a lot of pavement in a hurry! Any help guys would be greatly appreiciated!!
