I know that 245/70/16 is what is called for on my 2001 Rodeo Sport (V6 2x4) but I found a set of four virtually new tires that are 245/75/16. Any rubbing or other concerns? How unsafe is it to do this?

When I bought my 2000 4wd it had the 245/75/16's on it. No problems with rubbing, but made it ride like a tank since this size is usually 8 ply truck tire. I switched to the 245/70/16's last set and the ride is a lot better, these are 4 ply tires.
