Electrical problem maybe Ignition Coil Pack

My CV is running a little rough. Not rough that it is shaking the car, just that I can tell it isn't running as well as it can. The other day when I can to a stop (still in drive), I noticed the dask clock was flashing. Clearly there is some interference from the engine electronics. I recently:

- replaced the plugs,
- replaced the wires,
- replaced the fuel pump,
- cleaned EGR channels,
- cleaned MAF sensor (as well as I could I still think it might be dirty, a little reddish),
- checked IAT,
- checked O2 sensors (replaced one),

and no codes. I checked the secondary resistance of the coil packs:

- drivers side, mid +15K ohms (for top two), mid +14k (bottom);
- passenger side, mid +14k ohms both (top, bottom).

(measured after driving and during cooldown. The values show a decrease in secondary resistance with temperature, which I am guessing is normal, but they only dropped ~500 ohms).

My inclination is to replace both the coil packs since they are out of spec (13K - 14k ohms) and they might be the originals. Does anyone have any input as to whether these values would have a major effect on the electrical system, maybe the charging, affecting performance of my car?
