2002 Malibu: A/C, Gauges, Criuse, Radio

Just purchased 2002 Malibu Classic with 88k miles and multiple electrical issues from auction.
The A/C compressor does not activate. CHECKED FUSES under hood and side panel of driver's door. Light on switch indicates on.
(Used scan tool function test to activate compressor and it works and cools. Scanner is out of date so info is not up to date).

Fuel and Temp gauges don’t work.

Radio doesn’t work and no lights display either.

Cruise is inoperable and no light indicating turned on.

** My initial thought was a grounding problem which I am still exploring. With no history knowledge about the issues it limits identifying which issues happened at the same time. I have searched the forum but there is limited follow-up info on repairs. I have noticed replacing the BCM is often suggested.

Any help appreciated.

The Fix:
Fuse box on passenger side dash panel showed good and also lit when tested with light. Was idling the car with a/c engaged, bumped the fuse a little heavy when rechecking the fuses and the a/c compressor kicked on and the gauges started working. Radio and cruise works too. Cleaned the connections and tightened them a bit (slight crimp to improve connection to fuse).

Have found a lot of good info on the web site. I am certainly considering a preventative fix on the intake gaskets before engine damage occurs.
