I have a 1999 chrysler concorde, unfortunately the 2.7l motor has died. The cost of replaceing that motor is extreem, I am thinking of replaceing it with a used motor from a wrecked intreped. I have read that a 3.2l will bollt in with minamal changes, what other motors will bolt up? the car I am looking at is a 1996 with a 3.5l

Are you thinking of the 3.3L V6? I don't know of a 3.2L used in those cars. If so, I don't know the answer to your question but the 3.3l and the 3.5L have the same mounting points. I would assume they used the same transmission as well. The 3.3L was a 16V pushrod engine while the 3.5L, in 1996, was a SOHC 24V engine.

The Chrysler 3.2L V6 is related to the 2.7L V6 and should be easier to swap than the 3.5L, which is an entirely different engine. Whatever you do, make sure you put a 1996 or newer engine in your car as the earlier engines won't be compatible.
