Parking Brake?

Hi, I had all new brakes put on and somehow my they screwed up my parking brake like i can pull it all the way up without any resistance... is there any way i can fix it myself? I have very limited knowledge regarding cars. thanks for your time!

To adjust you parking brake, you have to pull out the center console. Then you can access the adjustment nut. The center console is very easy to remove, sounds alot more involved than it really is
