98' Cutlass ABS & Parking Brake light issues...

My g/f's 98' Cutlass has the ABS and Brake light coming on after driving for a bit. KOEO the lights come on and go off like they are supposed to.

If I let the car roll back in neutral then drive off without touching the brake pedal at all the lights won't come on. As soon as I touch the brakes I start hearing a clicking. ( I assume a bad wheel speed sensor would come on no matter what )
The clicking is coming from the ICC relay and a solenoid on the hydraulic abs unit. I'm guessing the ICC relay is the ABS relay. With the regular pedal pressed the clicking stops, let up on the brake and the clicking begins again.
After 10-30 clicks the noise will chime w/ ABS+E-brake light will come on at exact same time.

NEW RELAY already in place

So far I have checked the wheel speed sensor connectors and wires.
Checked the speed sensors with a multimeter set on 2k ohm setting, I spun the tires and observed the resistance change on every sensor. Front 2 sensors have exact same resistance value, rear 2 have same resistance value but are different then the front. (which I read for the Delco VI ABS is normal)

I disconnected the ABS computer in the fenderwell and checked for corrosion a plug. Looked good.

One thing I did notice is when you press down the emergency/parking brake before the abs+brake lights come on, the e-brake light doesn't work. Tried it with KOEO & KOER... So the switch may be bad but would not cause the ABS+Brake light issue. Only if the switch was stuck closed would it cause a E-brake light issue.

I'm 90% the clicking in the ICC relay & solenoid on hydraulic unit is the key to solving this issue.

I have failed in countless hours of seaching the internet for ABS/Brake wire schematic. Seems impossible to find...

We do not want to take this car in to get scanned, cost too much up here. And we are looking to just fix everything in order to sell it, more we spend the more we lose.

Thanks for any help

Welcome to AF !

You'll need to get it scanned with an ABS capable scan tool to find out whats actualy causing the lights to trip.
