Will ceramic brake pads hurt my rotors? I own a 97 cadillac deville.

No they will not hurt your rotors. As always when you are doing the brake job you will need to either have the rotors resurfaced or replaced. I personally use a Satisfied Heavy/Severe Duty Ceramic pads on my last few cars that I own. The Ceramic pads do not fade as much on hard stops. and they last quite a bit longer. I had 40k on my last set while using Slotted rotors on my last car. They generate less heat , noise and less dust which is nice because I have Chrome rims.
If you are going with these or when you do the job in general I would recommend flushing your brake system and put in fresh fluid to.
