Hi, I have a 1999 Buick Park Ave Ultra with the supercharged 3800 Engine. About a month ago, I noticed that my climate control listed the outside temperature between 140-150 F, the actual outside temp was probably about 80-85 F. Everything else was working fine. Today when I put the Air Conditioning on (at any low temp setting), the two vents on the passengers side blew out nice cold Air Conditioning, the two vents on the drivers side blew out heated air. I tried a few different things such as trying the unit on all possible settings, fooling around with the passengers temperature mixingslide bar, shutting system (and car off and on), i even disconnected the negitive side of the battery, hoping hat something would reset, no luck. It still blows hot air on the drivers side. Thanks for any sugestions!!! Rob

More than likely, you have an actuator problem as discussed in this thread: Click Here (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=756557)
BTW, you should replace the external temp sensor. It is located in the front grill area.
