Hey Guys First post...And Girls woops haha......umm ive got a problem with my rear speakers in my 04 cavalier....i installed 2 pioneer 6x9s and they work great but, whenever i turn my car on or off the rear speakers pop and also whenever i accelerate the rear speakers whine....i have no idea how to fix this can anyone please help me out???? Thanks in advance! scrapper1 07-31-2008, 11:37 PM go to radio shack or any dealers in what you want to .you'll probally need a resistor? or may have to change where you got your hot wire to another postive wire to another circit.. xaaronxcore 08-01-2008, 12:13 PM what is a resistor? Spyder3K 08-01-2008, 02:56 PM Some sort of noise distortion collector. Yeah that sounds professional. lol When I put my subs in my cavi, it would do the same thing as your speakers, and I could only relate this to a grounding issue, so instead of doing it the hard way, I got a little black box from my local audio shop that I connected into the wiring of them and it kept that from happening again. I'd assume that a resistor: a device designed to introduce resistance into an electric circuit -Is about the same thing I did. Hope this helps. xaaronxcore 08-01-2008, 05:41 PM Thats what i bought from wal-mart a little while ago, but it didnt help because the ground loop thing was connected by rca, but my speakers are using the stock speaker wiring...ugh xaaronxcore 08-01-2008, 09:23 PM nvm i fixed it! thanks alot fo the help!
