Crown Victoria 1999 P71

I need a wiring diagram. Specifically for the A/C system. It keeps blowing fuses when I turn on the A/C. The weird part is that it is a lighting fuse that blows. The A/C shouldn't even be on that fuse. Can anyone help me?
