datsun 510 rally project

ive been building this off and on for a few months now,
it the revell street tuner kit, with a few tamiya and aoshima parts thrown in for good measure.
hope to have this one done in a few more months time.
comments, suggestions and criticism welcome

the ed burns subaru donated a hood scoop, suspension, cage and wheels

yeah, since the suspension came off of a subaru,
i figured id put the five lug wheels on instead of the four lug.

looks good..cool. you could use the tamiya r32 tranny/awd system. cool project

The project it's being great...you're doing a lot with this almost curbside model...I just have a small observation and I hope it doesn't bother you,..for a more realistic look of the model you can remove the R-V(revell-monogram engraving on the chassis. I guess you already painted and dry-brushed it, bue, since it's a flat black paintjob, I think it'll be easy to retouch it later.

i usually use very little of the kit chassis on most of the kits i build, so i didnt even think about the stamping.
