Hello all,

I have an 03 Alero V6. My trunk lid is misaligned. The lid looks as though it is sticking out further than the body and not flush. This happend before when under warranty and had GM fix it. Now of course no more warranty and it is sticking out. How do you tighten this back so that the lid is flush with the car?

2nd Part is what is a decent price to pay for a LIM gasket change?

3rd, I need to replace my front tires. When I replaced my o.e. Goodyear RSA I went with some Hancock Optimos. I am looking for some advice on what to purchase as I need to replace them in the coming week and not looking to fork out a lot of money..Tires are quite expenisive and if you could recommend where to purchase them also. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Chris

Which part is misaligned , the rear most portion or the front part ??
Thier are two rubber stoppers on each rear side of the lid that can be screwed in or out to raise and lower the rear part.

On the lower intake, depends I see you live out west, might be a little more. The stealership probley around $1200 or so, a smaller shop might do it for around half that. It is time consumming!

Tires are pricey. Being you live where it doesnt get much persipitation you should be able to find some realy nice tires for a decent pricey.
Might try tirerack.com to check them out, they have tons to choose from.

ps- no bumping allowed. lol
