I swapped f22b1 into 94 accord with f22b2.The car wont turn on.I checked for spark and it was good.And i checked for fuel and it was only reaching up to the fuel rail but not spraying out of the injectors.My check engine light turns on for 3 sec turns off and then stays on.Any ideas on what it could be?

Did you check your ground wires? Also do you have power coming to the injectors?

My ground wires are good.And I am not getting power to the injectors.Any thoughts?
