Hubcap locks

I just purchased a 96 Crown Victoria. I have spoked wheel covers with locks on them. Unfortunately, the guy I bought the car from didnt have the key so I had to break them off to get a wheel alignment. Now without the locks on them, they are making noise while Im driving and its driving me nuts. Does anyone know where I can get a lock set for these and center caps to cover them? Part number was F2AZ1130B and now new part number for wheel cover is FWC07025U.
