Cabin air filter

Can anyone tell me if a 1996 3.1 has a cabin air filter or not. Is this a case where some models have them and some don't? It is not an LS.

Thanks for any help

Fram lists one for your vehicle. It is FRAM Part # CF8392

I know Fram lists one, but are they on ALL trim lines of the 1996 Lumina? I cannot see where it would go in my car. That's why I'm wondering if they were put on some, but not all. Does anyone happen to know this?

Thanks again

I have a 96 3.1 non ls and looked for a filter on the passenger side below the bottom of the windshield and didn't see one. I do not think all the luminas have them but I was kinda wondering the same thing myself. Anyone know where else a filter could be?

There is no cabin filter on this car.

I have a 2000 Lumina that did not have a filter. I went ahead and put the recommended filter over the hole anyway. Better than nothing I guess. BTW I also found a leaf in the blower squirrel cage that was making noise.
