1.)Yes it proably the head gasket, is there any cheap solution. I heard of a product call blue devil.............And also want to know if I have to replace all the gaskets............. Someone told me just te mainfold gasket.

2) I drove the car on I-95 from north Philadelphia to Northeast Philadelphia the car was actually drving find on the high way...Only when local driving do it smoke............Once I got the car to the northeast I let the car sit a while and then drove it about 5 blocks to a friend house and change the oil......... after that I drove to the gas station to buy 1 more quart of oil, I went to turn the car on and it went clank and would not start up.............I couldnt even jump the car......

The intake gasket leaks because the bolts loosen up hence the higher torque and loctite fix therefore replacing the gasket is the only alternative. You have to replace every gasket you remove prior to getting at the lower intake gasket
Water is supposed to come out of your tail pipe...that's what the cat does.

Where is the smoke coming from? You probably only see it in town because it dissipates at highway speed.

The clicking noise you hear is probably the solenoid therefore you probably need a new starter.

Thanks, I know this is a late responds... I was thinking it was the starter.........Today I began taking it off the starter

I plan pn first just replacing the all the starter stuff first

Then get some to replace the mainfold gasket
