1995 CV Alarm System

I'm having trouble with my stock alarm being set off by GM keyless entry. If someone within 100 yds of my car unlocks their door my alarm goes off. If they lock it back it goes off. It only does it with GM vehicles. Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution? Any help would be appreciated.
