98 Expedition 4" Rancho Lift Kit

Hey guys,
I wanted some advice. As you know, the expedition has a long distance between tires and which prevents the truck to go over some obstacles. My goal for lifting the truck was to get higher ground clearance in the middle of the truck. I did not achieve my goal.
The front suspension has two torsion bars, which are anchored to a cross member at the middle of the truck approx. The Rancho 4” lift kit has drop brackets that lower this cross member for the torsion bars to fit and work properly. Thus, the clearance at the center of the truck stayed the same!!
Is there a way to get rid of those drop brackets? I was thinking on new torsion bars that fit the lift kit and fit in the cross member placed in its original position (placed wit out the drop brackets). Does rancho sell them? Does anyone make these parts?
