oil drain torque setting

Good day to you!

I just changed the oil on my 02 Alero, 2.2 4-cyl. I have a slight drip out of the oil drain when I run it, so I want to get that snugged up. I borrowed a torque wrench, but I'm not sure how much to put on the plug. Don't want it stripping, nor do I want the drip. ANy help woulkd be greatly appreciated.
